### 1. Vehicle Condition & Pricing
Customers must accurately describe the condition of their vehicle when booking. Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if the vehicle’s condition differs significantly from what was submitted (including excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, or biohazards).
### 2. Personal Belongings
Please remove all personal items from the vehicle prior to your appointment. True Form Detail is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items left inside the vehicle.
### 3. Pre-Existing Damage
True Form Detail is not responsible for any pre-existing damage including but not limited to scratches, dents, stains, tears, fading, or worn surfaces. Any concerns must be pointed out before the service begins.
### 4. Results Disclaimer
While we strive for the best possible results, some stains, odors, or imperfections may be permanent and cannot be fully removed. No guarantees are made for complete restoration.
### 5. Add-On Services
Certain conditions (pet hair, excessive stains, mold, bodily fluids, etc.) may require additional charges. These will be communicated before or during the service.
### 6. Mobile Service Requirements
Customer agrees to provide safe access to the vehicle. Access to water and/or electricity may be required unless otherwise arranged in advance.
### 7. Weather Policy
For mobile services, appointments may be rescheduled due to unsafe or unfavorable weather conditions.
### 8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of deposit
### 9. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept [insert payment methods].

True Form Detail’s liability is limited to the total cost of the service provided.
